It’s time to stock up on coffee and books because the 24-hour readathon is nearly here again.
Joining me in Dewey’s 24-hour Readathon this weekend are GeekyLibrary reviewers Jason and LisaKaren.
We’re busy compiling our reading lists and I’m attempting to follow my own advice from my guest post “Five Steps to Staying Sane During the Readathon.”
In October, I was able to read a bunch of novels, but to shake it up this year, I’m going outside my bookish comfort zone. I’m planning on using the wee hours of the readathon to catch up on some of the 2015 Hugo Award finalists for Best Graphic Story. I love the stories, but I don’t often read comics.
I’ve also got a huge stack of novels waiting for me. I know I won’t get through them all, but that won’t stop me from trying!

Waiting on Prudence review!!
I have too much work to do, so I’ll work the entire weekend, making it impossible to do this readathon =/
Anyway, good luck!
I would like to hear what you think about Prudence. I’m still working on the Finishing School series. I hope you enjoy Station Eleven, it was one of my favourite books of 2014.
Wow! It’s unanimous (2 people)! I’ll move Prudence to the top of my list. It’s actually the copy I got signed at Gail Carriger’s author event.
I absolutely loved Soulless, though I found some of the others in the series derivative. I haven’t read the finishing school series.
