What do you do when you aren’t sure you can trust your own memories? Who can you trust when you can’t trust yourself?
Ella Shepard is about to find out.
Why is this on our bookshelf?
This book screams geeky to me. There are androids, a science fiction staple!
Rating (4 stars)
The Body Electric by Beth Revis is a thrilling young adult science fiction novel that I truly enjoyed reading. The characters and the plot of this book were superbly written.
From the moment I picked up this book to read it for the second time I was amazed at how quickly I was sucked into this story again. The characters are well-crafted and nearly impossible not to like. Even the villains are likable in their own ways.
I fell in love with this story faster the second time I read it than I did the first time. There is the perfect blend of action, suspense, and mystery that is sure to hook even the pickiest of readers. Fans of science fiction will devour this book as quickly as I did both times I have read The Body Electric.

I’ve never read a YA science fiction. I have interest and some of them on my TBR, but I just keep reading other books instead. But it looks like this time it’ll be worth a try 🙂
That makes me happy to hear! I hope you enjoy it. 🙂
